ABSTRACT

The diagnostic pathognomonic triad of clonorchiasis was found in 163 verified cases. These included uniform dilatation of intrahepatic biliary tract from porta hepatis to the periphery; subcaPsular bulbous termination of the bile ducts and absence of icterus. Occasionally fragments of soft tissue density in the gallbladder nfight be observed．

肝吸虫病是流行于东南亚地区及中国的一种疾病，其成虫寄生于人类胆道。临床表现可无任何症状或与胆道结石、胆管炎或胆道梗阻相似。吡啡酮治疗肝吸虫病十分有效，所以认识本病的CT表现与特征有助于及早诊断与治疗。
