Clinical Value of Transthoracic Echocardiography Guided with Amplatzer Device for Occlusion of PDA，ASD and VSD in 26 Cases

ABSTRACT

　　Objective：To study the value of transthoracic echocardiography（TTE）Guided transcatheterized Amplatzer device for occlusion of petent ductus arteriosus（PDA），atrial septal defect（ASD）and ventricular septal defect（VSD）.

　　Methods：ASD in 15 cases，PDA in 5 cases and VSD in 6 cases were treated with transcatheterized Amplatzer device occlusion guided by TTE.

　　Results：twenty three patients（ASD in 13 cases，PDA in 5，VSD in 5）were treated with Amplatzer devices occlusion，successfully and no complications and shunt flow was observed . Except 2 cases with ASD and one patient with VSD，the successful rate of occlusion was 88.46％（23/26）.
