Evaluartion of-dimenslonal spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of vascular diseases

Abstract

　　Objective：To evaluate clinical value of spiral CT angiography （scta）.

　　Methods：spiral seannings were performed on 25patients with aseular diseases. Three Dimensional models were reconstructed by surface shaded display and maximum intensity projection.

　　Results：The three-dimensional reconstruction of SCTA could clearly display the vascular anatomy，pathological conditions.In 25cases with spiral CT angiography. 5cases withintracranial aneurysm，7cases with arteriovenous malformation，1 case with carotid – cavernous fistula，1case with stenosis of the right anterior communicating artery，2cases with pars abdominalis aortic aneurysm，3cases with stenosis of renalis aortae，Icase with pars abdominalis aortic dissection were found，and 5cases were found，and 5cases were normal.

　　Conclusion：SCTA is a moninvasive and effective angiographic method in diagnosis of vascular diseases.SCTA has important diagnostic value and significance in diagnosis.
