Abstact

Objective：To report the ultrasonocadiographic (UCG) features of familial dilative cardiomyopathy in two families.

Methods：All the members of the two families were examined using UCG and then X-ray methods .

Results：Left atrial and right ventricular dilations were found in 4 patients of one family with 12 members, and Left atrial dilation alone in 5 patients of the other family with 9 members .

Conclusion：A UCGdiscovery of a cardiac chamber dilation with unknown reason should suggest a possibility of familial dilative cardiomyopathy .

既往报道的家族性扩张型心肌病（FDCM）多表现为左室增大或全心增大型^[1，2]，我院应用超声心动图（UCG）检查发现两家系扩张型心肌病（DMC）心腔增大的表现与其不同，现将其UCG特征报道如下。
