Abstract

Objective：To evaluate MRI dynamic movie scan technique in diagnosing temporomandibular joint dysfunction(TMD).

Methods：Dynamic movie scan MRI findings in 30 cases（32 symptomatic joints）with TMD were retrospectively analyzed. 

Results：8 joints had displacement of the disk, 22 joints condyles showed a decrease in motion range and 4 joints condyles showed hyperostosis osteosclerosis. 

Conclusion：MRI dynamic movie scan technique plays a very important role in the early diagnosis of TMD.

随着医学影像学的发展，磁共振成像已较广泛应用于颞下颌关节紊乱病的诊断中 ^[1，2]。但应用MRI动态电影扫描技术诊断颞下颌关节紊乱病的报道较少，现收集我科2004年9月至 2005年2月期间行MRI动态电影扫描的30例经临床诊断为颞下颌关节紊乱病患者，现报告如下。
