ABSTRACT

Objective：To discuss how to use and maintain CR system, and the effect of such technology.

Methods：All the radiographic examinations except sternum and enteron opacification were made with Direct View CR 800 system and Dry view 8200 made by Kodak combine with X-ray apparatus made in China.

Results：Direct View CR 800 system has been working well in more than 3 years since it began to use, the definition and contrast of digital images produced by the system are excellent.

Conclusion：CR system has predominant performance and it is easy to use and maintenance. The image produced by CR system and  excellent and they can provide more information than X-ray photograph. The date is more convenient to conserve and transfer.

　　在医学影像学的各种检查方法中，Ｘ线摄影是应用最早、用途最广的一种检查手段。由于其费用低廉，影像指征较为可靠，因而承担了放射科的大部分工作。近年来，随着科学技术在医学领域的不断进步，医疗设备日趋完善，数字式Ｘ线成像技术的应用也越来越广泛，ＣＲ（计算机Ｘ线成像）就是其中之一^[1-5] 。我院于2002年初新置了一套柯达公司生产的Direct View 800型ＣＲ系统，在湖南省是第一台，已启用3年多时间，临床使用中一直运转良好。本文总结、介绍使用与保养柯达Direct View 800型ＣＲ系统的经验，探讨ＣＲ系统的正确使用、保养方法及其临床应用效果。
