　　Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous drainage using CT guidance for the treatment of appendiceal abscesses in critically ill patients.
　　Methods：8 critically ill patients with appendiceal abscesses in high surgical risk , underwent percutaneous dainage using CT guidance. The change of clinical symptoms, signs and blood WBC counting was observed. Results:  There was resolution of clinical symptoms and signs within 4 -12 hours in all 8 patients. No severve complications occured.
　　Conclusion：Percutaneous drainage using CT guidance plays an important role in treatment of critically ill patients with appendiceal abscesses.

　　临床上，阑尾脓肿可以选择多种治疗方法，但究竟哪种方法更为安全、有效，目前还存有争议^[1,2]。笔者报告8例CT引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗危重阑尾脓肿患者，结合文献复习，就CT引导下经皮穿刺引流治疗危重阑尾脓肿患者谈一点笔者的体会，供同行参考。
