ABSTRACT

　　Objective：Purpose To investigate the cause，prevention and treatment of the complication with post operation of chemotherapy embolism by double uterine artery in patients with advanced cervical carcinoma.

　　Methods：Retrospective analysis 154 cases accepting chemotherapy embolism by double uterine artery and to discuss the cause，prevention and treatment of the complication about these cases.

　　Result：some complications were happened，such as digestive system reaction 148 cases，the fever 152，lower abdominal pain 152，liver function damage54，bone－marrow depression 6，gluteus pain 3，ecchymosis of skin 3，vesicovaginal fistula 2，acute drug toxicity cystitis 1，pulmonary embolism 1.

　　Conclusion：That can decrease and present complication according selecting suit case before operation，grasping chemotherapy program，the method of embolism seriously，giving therapy about preserve liver and stomach lining，analgesia and so on.
