Ｐulsed Ｄoppler Ａssessment of Left Ventricular Diastolic Filling in Patients with Coronary Artery Disease before and Aorto－coronary Bypass Surgery

ABSTRACT

　　Fifty－three patients with coronary artery disease who underwent aortocoronary bypass surgery were examined with pulss－dopper echocardiography before and after operation. The ratio peak E/peak Avelocities of mitral valve was measured to assess the changes of their left ventricular diastolic filling Statistical comparisons between these patients before and after operation using a pairs t test with computer were conducted. The results showed that left ventricular diastolic filling improved significantly after aortocoronary bypass operation. And this study also suggests that in CADpatiension，non－hyperlipidemia，non－smoker，their left ventricular diastolic filling improved much better than the others after bypass.

　　本文对自1990年9月至1991年8月在卢森堡大国中央医院心血管科住院的连续53例施行管脉搭桥术的管心病患者，进行超声心动图多普勒检查，估恻术前及术后左心室充盈功能，并进行比较分析，以评价冠状动脉搭桥术对改善冠心病患者左心室充盈功能的效果与可能的影响因素。
