Application of ultrosonography in the diagnosis of elder acute acalculous cholecystitis

Abstract

　　Objective：To assess the role of uhrosonography in the diagnosis of elder acute acalculous cholecystitis（EAAC）．

　　Methods：Uhrosonography of 29 elder EAAC proved by surgical operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed.

　　Results：Both the detectable rate and coincidence rate of EAAC by ultrosonography were 100％．The gallbladder diameters of length and width in EAAC were significantly greater than those in controls（P<0．O1）．The gallbladder wall was significantly thicker in patients with EAAC than that in controls（P<0.O1）．

　　Conclusions：Ultrasonography is valuable in the diagn osis of EAAC．

　　本文对29例老年人急性非结石性胆囊炎进行了回顾性总结和分析。

资料与方法

　　29例患者为上海某大医院1998年1月～2002年12月术前经超声检查的患者，手术结果均经病理证实。男性25例，女性4例，年龄60～93岁。其中年龄组60－69岁7例、70－79岁11例、80－89岁8例、90－93岁3例。
