Application of Interventional Ultrasound in Treating Complications of Liver Transplantation

                        ABSTRACT
　　Interventional ultrasound (US) includes US-guided biopsy, percutaneous aspiration and catheter drainage or drug-injection, etc. It is playing an important role in diagnosing and treating some diseases in stead of surgical operation. This paper gives a brief introduction on the application of interventional US in the management of complications of liver transplantation.

　　随着肝移植手术的广泛开展，超声在肝移植中的应用愈益增多，其作用不仅限于术前、术中、术后的诊断，更在于介入超声对移植术后所产生的并发症的治疗。在国内，由于认识上的原因，接受肝移植的病人往往或伴终末期肝病，或因肝肿瘤过大不能切除，全身情况差，非肝移植不能给病人带来生存希望的地步才接受肝移植；加上术后免疫抑制剂等运用，感染等并发症的发生率较常规的肝癌切除术高。因而，介入超声在肝移植并发症的处理中有其更独到的应用价值。
